Facilities, Facilities Cleaning Services Supervisor - TELUS International El Salvador

Position overview:

The facilities cleaning services supervisor supports the Facilities Team Leader in various activities that involve cleaning, movements and general services of movable and immovable property, planning and controlling the areas of the general services, in order to meet the requirements of internal clients / external and guarantee the optimal conditions of the building.

Key responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate and supervise the cleaning activities carried out in all buildings and equipment not related to the network, supervise cleaning of bathrooms, carpet, furniture, floors, hallways, common areas, glass, windows and all the infrastructure of the buildings , follow up on all the protocols for disinfection, movement and relocation of office furniture. Administration and personnel management. supervise the fulfillment of contracts and provision of services with suppliers, process and assign requests for services, requisition supplies, materials and cleaning equipment, as well as monitor their inventory, among others. Review of ticket system and follow-up of requests. Budget management according to monthly allocation.

Qualifications:

• Technical diploma / 5th year university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and related careers.

• Three years of experience in maintenance and cleaning of general facilities in restaurant chains, supermarkets or buildings, managing personnel under his charge.
