Description and Requirements

We are looking for support as an Office Assistant (m/f/d) for our team in Gdansk at the earliest possible date.

Overview of tasks:

  • Welcoming all visitors to TELUS International in person or on the telephone in a warm and friendly manner

  • Announcing visitors appropriately, answering or referring inquiries 

  • Maintaining employee and department directories

  • Maintaining security by following procedures and controlling access; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges 

  • Maintaining safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

  • Managing meeting room bookings 

  • Supporting the leadership team with client visits

  • Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc. 

  • Ordering taxis for visitors, if requested

What we expect:

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English (C1 level) 

  • Professional administrative experience preferred 

  • Great communication skills, customer focus and strong problem solving skills 

  • Attention to detail and accuracy; 

  • Strong and clear motivation, positive, can-do attitude; 

  • Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
