Change Management Lead - Learning & Development
As a Change Management Lead, you contribute to supporting the change management strategy, planning, implementation, training, design thinking, and workshop facilitation expertise to the talent growth initiatives within the company. You support the creation of the change management approach and oversee its successful execution in partnership with the participating stakeholders. You enable global teams to come together to share their learning and development business needs and best practices.
Like a project manager, a change management lead ensures that projects and initiatives meet their objectives in scope, timeline, and budget. Yet, while a project manager focuses on the “technical side of change” by designing and delivering the solution itself, the change management lead focuses on the “people side of change” by enabling the organization’s people to adopt and use it in their daily work.
An effective change management lead drives faster adoption, increases ultimate utilization rates, and improves user proficiency with project changes. In turn, these enhancements increase benefits to the organization, maximize return on investment, and enable the organization to achieve the results and outcomes desired from the project by also driving the sustainment of the change we want to implement.
Main Responsibilities:
Craft the vision and plan for change management in partnership with relevant stakeholders for company-wide strategic projects.
Understands the details of the change and the impact on people
Create and implement change management strategies and plans through ADKAR change management methodology
Overcome individual barriers to change that may manifest as change-resistant behaviors
Coach and support others in the organization to execute their unique roles during change
Partner with global learning and talent development teams to support the knowledge part of change
Identify and communicate change impacts, stakeholders, and scope
Establish change-success measures, metrics, and monitoring
Requirements:
Schedule flexibility - Required
Knowledge:
English - High B2/C1
Oral and written comprehension.
Appropriate use of language.
Strong workshop facilitation skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Project management - various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc)
Change management methodologies and tools (ADKAR)
Focusing on customers, knowing my organization, managing self-development, giving support
Studies & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Pedagogy or related field
2+ years of experience in change management, global experience desirable
2+ years of experience in agile project management
