Position Overview:
As an Integration and Strategic Initiatives Lead you support strategic initiatives and integration of newly acquired companies in a way that drives value to the organization. You partner with business leaders to define strategic initiative/ integration planning and oversee timely execution aligned to business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to define complex strategic initiative/ integration plans, including timelines, resource allocation and risk management strategies
Monitor progress, adjusting plans and contributing to the removal of obstacles to ensure successful completion of complex strategic initiatives/ integrations
Support integration governance to ensure proper alignment, timely reporting and flaggins of issues/ risks to business stakeholders
Act as a cross functional, cross regional liaison to ensure effective communication, conflict resolution and collaboration
Partner with appropriate team to drive change management activities such as communications and training
Functional Competencies:
Expert knowledge of integration of acquired companies
Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
Expertise in change management principles and practices
Expert senior stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Ability to solve unique problems with broad impact on the business using conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions
General financial acumen
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience working in global environments and supporting senior leaders
Bachelor’s degree
Proficient oral and written English

This is a remote bases in the US
Pay
The base compensation range for this position is $108,000 - $135,000 annually commensurate with experience. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
