Position Overview:

As an Integration and Strategic Initiatives Lead you support strategic initiatives and integration of newly acquired companies in a way that drives value to the organization.  You partner with business leaders to define strategic initiative/ integration planning and oversee timely execution aligned to business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  •  Partner with business leaders to define complex strategic initiative/ integration plans, including timelines, resource allocation and risk management strategies

  • Monitor progress, adjusting plans and contributing to the removal of obstacles to ensure successful completion of complex strategic initiatives/ integrations

  • Support integration governance to ensure proper alignment, timely reporting and flaggins of issues/ risks to business stakeholders

  • Act as a cross functional, cross regional liaison to ensure effective communication, conflict resolution and collaboration

  • Partner with appropriate team to drive change management activities such as communications and training 

Functional Competencies:

  • Expert knowledge of integration of acquired companies

  • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices

  • Expertise in change management principles and practices

  • Expert senior stakeholder management and negotiation skills

  • Ability to solve unique problems with broad impact on the business using conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions

  • General financial acumen

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience working in global environments and supporting senior leaders

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Proficient oral and written English

Location
This is a remote bases in the US

Pay

The base compensation range for this position is $108,000 - $135,000 annually commensurate with experience. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
