In this role you will manage a Sourcing team and focus on the creation and management of community pipelines, global advertising, the management of customer targets & delivery expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the business and global operational activities of multiple recruitment projects/programs that are active in multiple countries covering the Americas, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Africa
  • Leading and developing a team of recruitment professionals to ensure development and delivery of recruitment priorities aligned to the business objectives
  • Scheduling Team meetings and off sites ensuring team members are up to date on any ramp changes/updates
  • Providing a daily overview of project status updates to the Director of Recruitment
  • Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure engagement and alignment with recruitment strategies
  • Effectively communicate and integrate with customer teams and lead the recruitment agenda through the delivery of presentations at quarterly business reviews with customers
  • Work with the PMO & Sales teams to establish recruitment requirements in the setup of new programs including customer requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs)
  • Ensure that tools, techniques and knowledge are leveraged and implemented between recruitment programs where appropriate
  • Responsible for generating advertising efficiencies and centralizing updated project templates & processes
  • The Management of ATS upgrades & testing requests
  • Interviewing & Ensuring New/existing team members are inducted and trained to a high standard.

Additional Requirements:

There will be a requirement to be available to travel for occasional off-site customer visits. Overtime may be required to meet customer deadlines , you may be required to perform other duties as necessary.

Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years recruitment experience
  • Significant people management experience
  • Working knowledge of Workday
  • Advanced level Excel
  • It is essential that the successful candidate has experience of working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Effective leadership, interpersonal, listening and communication skills
  • High level planning & project management skills
  • The ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems

Educational Requirements:

• 3rd level qualification preferred (or business experience to that level)

Location - Remote - US

Pay:

The base compensation range for this position is $87,200 - $109,000 USD annually commensurate with experience. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
