Description and Requirements

Participants will be videoed in our studio, performing basic movements such as walking, sitting, standing up, etc. The study can take 30-240 min per participant. Compensation ranges are $75-$250, depending on the session assigned.

 

People from different cultural backgrounds are welcome to participate individually or as a family (2 members or more): African American, Caucasian, Latin American, MENA, Native American, East Asian, South Asian, Southeast Asian, and Pacific Islander, and from all ages: minors (up to 3 years old), adults, and elderly. Minors must be signed up by a parent or legal guardian.


You can bring your pets (dogs and cats) to participate in this study as well! 

Pet owners who complete the task will receive additional $50 for their pet's participation. 


Selection process

For this research study, TELUS International will capture a broad cross-section of participants targeting various combinations of demographics, with the goal of ensuring that our customer's services, and derived products, are equally representing a diverse set of end-users.


Selected participants will be contacted by our team and will be able to agree on a convenient time for them and/or their families. Appointments are scheduled from Monday to Friday (9 am- 6pm).
