Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility Analyst II - TELUS Digital El Salvador


Position overview:

The Corporate Social Responsibility Analyst I is responsible for assisting the CSR Manager by developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new CSR partners and non-government organizations, giving support to volunteering initiatives (Giving back activities) and is responsible for promoting the payroll donation program in new hire classes, the planning and execution of donors engagement events, reporting and KPI monthly communication efforts.


Key responsibilities:

Give support to innovative monthly corporate volunteering activities; collaborating with the CSR Network to promote the “Give Where We Live” philosophy within the company; working with all stakeholders to ensure logistics of the Giving Back volunteer activities and maintaining the engagement of TIES volunteers. Responsible for the employee share KPI and the “Trainers Network”, visiting all inductions, new hires training and developing one on one conversations to add new donors to the program, track and report payroll donations participation KPI.

Qualifications:

  • English - B1:

• Oral and written comprehension.

• Appropriate use of language.

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field - Desirable.

  • Experience in developing and executing effective fundraising strategies - Desirable.

  • Experience as a volunteer in social programs - Mandatory
