• Handle and respond to fashion queries including order taking, product information, tracking deliveries, returns by email, phone or tickets
• Support our clients at every step during the shopping process
• Identify clients’ needs to achieve the best purchasing experience

We need a candidate with:

• Fluency in Slovenian
• Good level of English
• Affinity for e-commerce will be considered as an advantage
• Previous work experience is not required
