Description and Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • UG/Grad- experienced (min 9 months international BPO exp).

  • Sales/ upselling with targets / collections / retention.

  • 5 days  shift rotational between 5:00 PM- 10:00 am (Includes 8 hours of production+ 1 hour break _ 0.5 hours pre shifts and 0.5 hours post shift) / ROTATIONAL offs.
