Human Resources, Health & Safety Doctor (On-site Medical Doctor)


Acts on the health and safety needs of team members and ensures that health and safety standards of the company are met through the conduct of efficient clinic services. Provides first aid and other basic medical treatments as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

An On Site Medical Doctor is essentially concerned with restoring a patient’s optimum health. Medical Doctors perform health assessments, run diagnostic tests, prescribe medication, create treatment plans and provide health and wellness advice to patients. Attend medical consultations of all the personnel according to the procedure established by the company, elaborate medical history of each employee according to the requirements of the ISSS, attend clinical inspections of any competent authority, organize and assist activities, programs and projects of the Medical team. 

Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in on site clinics - Desirable
  • Schedule flexibility - Full Time
  • Microsoft Office - Intermediate
  • English 60% - Desirable
  • Oral and written comprehension.
  • Proper use of language
  • Google Docs - Intermediate

Knowledge:

  • Teamwork.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationships.
  • Internal and external Customer Orientation.
  • Proactivity.Excellent communication skills.
  • Initiative - Autonomy.

Studies & Experience:

  • Medical Doctor degree and with a license approved by the medical board - Required 
  • Experience working with at-risk youth - Desirable
