We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager or Scrum Master with specialized knowledge in Cloud Migrations and Infrastructure projects with strong experience on JIRA tool. The ideal candidate will possess an adept understanding and the capacity to drive IT projects to successful completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and overseeing the company’s Infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for infrastructure initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams, allocating resources and ensuring seamless project integration.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholder input, ensuring technical feasibility.
- Foster clear communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed on project status, risks, and changes.
- Manage vendor relationships to guarantee timely and cost-effective project completion.
- Conduct training sessions to equip staff with new features and functionalities.
- Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Perform risk management to minimize project disruptions and ensure smooth software transitions.
- Deliver high-quality projects that consistently meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate and manage user testing, gather feedback, and refine deliverables as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience leading cloud migrations and infrastructure projects (Mandatory)
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools (including JIRA), and techniques (Mandatory)
- Expertise in AWS Cloud & CAAS Tools (Mandatory)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Preferred)
- PMP certification or Scrum Master certification (Preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Preferred)
