We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in Essen on a full-time basis.

Overview of tasks:

  • Planning, conducting and following-up on telephone calls and job interviews 

  • Evaluation of aptitude tests for applicants 

  • Supporting applicants from the application stage through to recruitment 

  • Cooperation with the social media team to create content and attractive campaigns

  • Processing our recruitment databases

We are looking for:

  • Very good written and spoken German (min. C1 level) 

  • Good written and spoken English (min. B2 level) 

  • Previous work experience in human resources and some knowledge of German labor law are of advantage but not essential

  • Very good handling of common PC and internet applications 

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn 

  • Working in an independent and careful manner

  • Willingness to work on site in Essen
