Technical Project Manager- Intermediate - Pradera GT

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of project delivery including: analysis and design, configuration and build, testing/training, and deployment of solutions.

  • Establish project milestones, timelines and resources for medium/high complexity projects

  • Monitor progress of assigned task, cost-effectiveness & risks, removing roadblocks where required

  • Manage project financials (revenue and cost forecasting, margin management) & procurement

  • Develop business cases and corresponding budget approval; perform monthly budget reporting

  • Work with TI’s business units and IT to deliver technical solutions in the form of new and enhanced capabilities. 

Requirements:

  • Schedule flexibility - Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management for Information Technology 

  • Minim of 2 years experience in BPO industry - Mandatory

Knowledge:

  • English -  C1 or above - Required

    • Oral and written comprehension.

    • Appropriate use of language.

  • Advanced Google Suit knowledge 

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (like Monday.com, Project Management etc)

  • Management of project financials (revenue and cost forecasting, margin management) & procurement

  • Knowledge of business case creation

Studies & Experience:

  • University student, under-graduate in Business Administration, Systems Engineering or related career

  • Certification ITIL V4 foundation or Lean Six Sigma; PMP Certification -  It's a plus

You plan, organize and control resources, procedures and timing to deliver projects.  You drive timely progress of project deliverables and project cost-effectiveness.
