Description and Requirements

As Community Engagement Coordinator, you will work within the Community Team engaging directly with a global work from home community of approx. 17k+ individuals for our clients. Your role will involve driving global community participation levels, coming up with new and exciting ways to motivate, engage and retain members of our community. Attention to detail will be key in this role as you will be required to work with and analyze a high volume of data on a daily basis. 


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Involvement in the creation/enhancement of new/existing community initiatives 
  • Creation and analysis of daily/weekly/monthly reports and follow up with key action items to ensure full customer satisfaction 
  • Creation of periodic surveys, compilation and analysis of results · Participation in regular interactive webinar sessions and creation of webinar content 
  • Improvement and enhancement of existing communications with our online global community via email/SMS/phone 
  • Collaboration with Global Development Team to enhance existing community platforms and systems 
  • Collaboration with our Media Team to create ad hoc community content/imagery/graphics 
  • Weekly review and analysis of community output on a country by country basis following through on any action items as necessary 
  • Focus on driving up community retention engagement levels on an on-going basis 
  • Contribution in meetings with functional managers/team leads if required
  • Ensuring that inbound queries/incidents are responded to in a timely professional manner 

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE
  • Primary degree in a Business or similar field 
  • Proficiency in Excel is essential including experience using pivot tables 
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and/or MS Office
  • 1-2 years’ experience working in a global/multinational environment 

KEY SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
  • Well developed understanding of TELUS AI Communities is essential 
  • Strong capabilities of systems used such as Sisense, Qlik, Raterhub etc. is vital 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 
  • Ability to work well in a team environment with a high sense of urgency 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Flexibility and willingness to support multiple functions/business units when required 
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on diligence and accuracy 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 
  •  Minimum 9 months of experience on similar position

Working hours: 11 AM - 7 PM Bulgarian time
