About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual (English & Spanish) IT Project Manager to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.

  • Manage project resources effectively, including team members, budget, and timelines.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

  • Facilitate clear communication between internal stakeholders (English speaking) and the Spanish-speaking on-site team and customer base.

  • Gather and document business and technical requirements from Spanish-speaking stakeholders.

  • Participate in technical discussions with the on-site team, leveraging your understanding of infrastructure and networking to comprehend technical needs.

  • Track project progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.

  • Manage project documentation and ensure adherence to project management methodologies.

  • Coordinate project activities with other departments as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT environment.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required).

  • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking concepts (highly desired).

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
