As an IT Project Manager at Digital Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within budget, schedule, and scope. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects, meeting both technical and business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record of managing complex IT projects.


Responsibilities


  • Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to track progress and ensure adherence to timelines and resource allocations.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and prioritize tasks based on business needs.

  • Manage project resources, including team members, vendors, and external consultants, to ensure effective utilization and allocation of resources.

  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues and risks proactively to keep projects on track.

  • Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, providing regular reports and presentations as needed.

  • Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.


Requirements:


  • Accomplished Project Manager with experience in managing complex technology initiatives, particularly focused on CRM systems and intelligent automation technologies such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), ML (Machine Learning), and AI (Artificial Intelligence).

  • Proficient in SCRUM methodology, adept at implementing agile frameworks to drive efficiency and innovation in project execution while accommodating dynamic requirements inherent in technology projects.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate the intricacies of CRM implementations and intelligent automation solutions, understanding their impact on business processes and driving successful integration across multiple teams.

  • Skilled in orchestrating projects with numerous interdependencies, adept at coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with project objectives and timelines.

  • Proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in technology-driven initiatives, leveraging a combination of technical expertise and project management acumen to overcome challenges and achieve project milestones.

  • Strong leadership capabilities, coupled with effective communication skills, enabling the ability to inspire teams, foster collaboration, and maintain stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
