TELUS International Bulgaria is looking for a Trust & Safety Specialist for Supercell Games Account with Turkish and English to join our Team!

As a Supercell Trust & Safety Specialist, you’ll be on the front line of ensuring the safety of our fans and players from around the world. You’ll do this by having a deep understanding of our policies, and the intent behind those policies. You’ll use this understanding enforcing the Community & Safety Policy by responding to safety issues from users. 

  • Maintain a strong understanding of Safety Policy guidelines
  • Maintain a strong connection to your market’s pop culture and current affairs
  • Enforce Community and Safety Policy through moderation tasks
  • Respond to Trust & Safety related support tickets
  • Work with Trust & Safety Lead & Champion on escalations and in-game security incidents
  • Support broader Trust & Safety projects
  • Strong proficiency in Turkish and English language
  • 1+ years supporting an online/gaming community
  • 1+ year experience in social media/game moderation
  • Demonstrable understanding of current/pop culture within your language/market
  • Comfortable working with issues of harm, self-harm, sexual abuse material, hate material, etc.
