As an iRobot Support Specialist with Spanish and English you will be a part of a great team and all together will:

  • Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries related to iRobot products and technical support information
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

As a candidate, you do not need to have experience in a similar role but you should be fluent in Spanish and English and have great communication skills.
