Responsibilities:

  • Work with the business to understand needs, goals, strategies, and challenges, and how to help prioritize opportunities for improvement

  • Helps to manage the processes of pipeline management, forecasting and financial planning.

  • Ensures business partner perspective / efforts are grounded in facts and data

  • Effectively communicate the story behind the numbers in terms business partners understand

  • Proactively make recommendations based on data and analysis

  • Discusses financial performance in terms of the financial implications and business activities

  • Facilitates the internal alignment with Telus International Finance and Sales Operations teams. 

  • Contributes to the monthly forecast processes, annual budgeting, and sales planning processes and interlock alignment.

  • Responsible for reporting analysis, visualization and simplification of data.

  • Collaborates with the Sales Operations and Finance teams on data analytics projects and reporting requirements as needed, including Salesforce, Sissence, etc.  

  • Analyzes reporting needs and proactively creates new insights, reporting, SFDC dashboards and analytics

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • B.A. or B.S in finance, accounting, economics, or business is required.

  • 5+ years of experience 

  • Create operational metrics daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly

  • Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and ability to meeting deadlines

  • SFDC experience and analytical tools experience 

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint

  • Strong communication and analytical skills

Location: Remote US

Pay:

The base compensation range for this position is $65,200 - $81,500 USD commensurate with experience. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
