TELUS Digital is searching for a Recruitment Analyst II to undertake all hiring activities, from
advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. Recruitment Analyst II is responsible for
hiring qualified people while promoting the TELUS Digital brand and providing a positive candidate
experience.

Responsibilities:

● Source candidates by using databases, platforms and social media.
● Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters.
● Maintain record of interviews and recruitment activity.
● Stay up to date with current recruiting methods.
● Attend job fairs and careers events if needed.
● Conduct screenings and phone interviews with candidates.
● Partner with hiring teams for interview scheduling.
● Proactively seek out new and alternative channels to reach potential applicants.
● Ensure recruitment processes and interviews are carried out in a professional, structured and
consistent manner across the business and ensure they are compliant with regulatory and legal
requirements.
● Participate in other HR projects when requested.

Requirements & Skills:

● Schedule flexibility (Monday - Saturday)
● Genuine interest in AI and Machine Learning.
● Flexibility to work across multiples times zones
● Must be able to work well independently, and as part of a team.
● Ability to analyze new and changing scenarios and adapt sourcing strategies to meet new
requirements.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
● Strong cross-cultural communication skills; natural, persuasive, and engaging communicator with
internal and external organizational members.
● Highly organized, and able to manage stress and handle tight deadlines.
● Strong customer service focus.
● Desirable qualities: flexible, creative, positive thinking, multi-tasking, proactive, and
solutions-oriented.
● Ability to work in a multi-cultural global environment.
● Excellent English language skills; additional language skills, a plus.
Knowledge:
● English - B2 (Business English) - Multilingual is a plus.
• Oral and written comprehension
• Appropriate use of language
● Knowledge of India hiring laws is vital.
● Excel - Intermediate
• Function (Sum , Average , Maximum, Minimum , etc. )
• Preparation and presentation graphics
• PivotTables
• Find the data value by:VLOOKUP.
• Conditional Format
● Massive recruiting, recruiting innovative techniques, psychometric evaluations knowledge is a
plus.
Studies & Experience:
● Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent talent management experience (preferred).
● ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates; experience with Workday and
Avature, a plus.
● Background in linguistics or philology is a huge plus.
