Principalele responsabilitati vor fi preluarea apelurilor si oferirea de asistenta back-office prin intermediul retelelor de socializare, chat si e-mail pentru a procesa cererile primite de la clienti.


Iata care sunt cerintele:


  • Capacitatea de a scrie si vorbi fluent, clar si concis in limba romana

  •  Disponibilitatea de a lucra full-time, in ture, in intervalul 08:30 - 20:00, de luni pana vineri

  •  Disponibilitatea de a lucra de la birou, la sediul nostru din Bucuresti (AFI Park 3)

  •  Capacitate de concentrare si ascultare activa

  •  Abilitati de operare PC si viteza de tehnoredactare

  •  Orientare catre client si capacitate de a identifica rapid solutii

  •  Experienta anterioara de lucru cu clientii sau in activitati similare constituie un avantaj

  •  Flexibilitate, stabilitate si spirit de echipa

  •  Incredere si proactivitate

  •  Dedicare si onestitate
