Operations Data Analyst - Bilingual (Google SD)

Position overview:

We're seeking a highly skilled and analytical individual to join our team as a Data Analyst. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating insightful data reports and visualizations using a variety of tools, playing a key part in driving data-informed decision making across the organization


Key responsibilities:


  • Creation, update and maintenance of the internal performance dashboards using (Salesforce/Vector, Google Sheets, Looker) 

  • Create advanced formulas and functions in Google Sheets to compare business data to surface insights and provide leadership with business metrics.

  • Build custom tools and reports for specific needs, including the use of AppScripts to support various teams.

  • Provide support by performing data analysis. Effectively communicate complex data findings to stakeholders across various departments.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand their data needs and tailor reports accordingly.


Requirements:


  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce / Vector reporting. 

  • Experience working with Looker, Google Sheets and SQL.

  • Minimum of 1 year as Business Analyst -  Desirable

  • Experience analyzing and synthesizing data and research results to develop recommendations

  • Schedule Flexibility

  • Basic knowledge of AppScripts

  • Extensive knowledge of spreadsheet functions and formulas. Knowledge of Apps Script is a plus

  • Ability to influence technical support teams, with sufficient technical expertise


Qualifications:


  • English - B2:

  • Oral and written comprehension

               • Appropriate use of language

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience - Desirable.
