Position overview
The Planning & Analysis General Analyst IV is responsible for analyzing data, monitoring performance and providing valuable insights for several operational metrics and other indicators of the program that is being supported. They are also responsible for creating and maintaining reports and dashboards that provide accurate information in a timely manner that will help identify challenges and opportunities for the team as well as contribute with data driven decision making.
Key responsibilities
They are responsible for analyzing large datasets to discover trends and prepare forecasts to provide insights that can help develop strategic plans and identify growth opportunities for the business. Additionally, they are in charge of creating accessible and easy to comprehend presentation decks and dashboards using different data visualization tools such as DOMO and Looker Studio.

English - B2:
• Oral and written comprehension .
• Appropriate use of language.
Advanced experience with Google Workplace
Excel Level & Google Sheet - Advanced:
• Functions: Logical, statistical and conditional formulas such as IFS, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, CORREL, QUERY and IMPORTRANGE
• Preparation and presentation of advanced graphics and other visualization tools.
• PivotTables
• Search the data value by: VLOOKUP
• Format Cells
• Advanced Filters and sliders
Basic knowledge of CSAT and other indicators of the account - Required
Knowledge of the account - Desirable
Dashboard creation in Looker Studio
Experience working with tools such as DOMO and Tableau
