Description and Requirements

The Audiovisuals Animator is responsible for creating 2D and 3D animations for communications materials that are aesthetically pleasing and professional-looking, compliant with the guidelines of the TELUS International brand, and that contribute to the communications goals set for the requests, projects, or campaigns.


Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with customers and various departments to create engaging audiovisual content. This involves 2D and 3D animations, scripts writing for audiovisual productions, conducting video and audio recording, managing editing tasks, overseeing photography productions and editing, as well as designing and editing motion graphic productions. All these efforts contribute to developing internal and external communications that effectively convey concise, compelling messages to targeted audiences.

Knowledge:

  • English – B2 - C1

  • Adobe After Effects – Advanced

  • Adobe Premiere - Advanced

  • Adobe Audition - Advanced

  • Adobe Illustrator – Advanced

  • Adobe Photoshop – Advanced

  • Photography, audio, and video equipment handling 

  • 3D animation or video editing software (Autodesk Maya, Blender) - Advanced

 

Studies & Experience:

  • Senior year student or graduate of graphic design or animation - Required

  • 3 year minimum of proven experience in similar positions in a company or as a freelancer - Desirable

 

All candidates must submit their design portfolio and animation reel with their application - Mandatory
