We're searching for a talented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a vital role in safeguarding the quality and functionality of our software products before they reach our valued customers. You'll leverage your expertise in Salesforce and testing methodologies to design, execute, and analyze test cases, identify and document bugs, and collaborate with developers to ensure a polished final product.

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases to identify and document software defects across all functionalities.
  • Utilize your Salesforce knowledge to tailor test plans and strategies to optimize testing for Salesforce-based applications.
  • Perform manual and automated testing (if applicable) to ensure software meets all functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with developers to identify root causes of defects, track bug resolution, and verify fixes through retesting.
  • Document testing activities clearly and concisely for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills
  • 5-10 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in manual and exploratory testing methodologies.
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce functionality and testing considerations (required).
  • Experience with automated testing tools (a plus).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for quality.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
