We are hiring for an amazing, "out of the box" experience!

You will be working in a new team serving our global client, a world-leading social media platform that allows users to create and browse videos.



What we expect:

  • Advanced written level of English(C1) and B2 verbal

  • Experience within data annotation/ labeling-related fields will be considered a plus

  • Availability to work remote, full-time, in rotating shifts, 08:00 - 22:00, Monday -Sunday

  • Attention to details, with a focus on accuracy and consistency in content evaluation.

  • Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to handle complex and sensitive issues

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

  • Strong self-organization, decision making and analytical abilities


Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • 100% backoffice activity
  • Reviewing videos and judging videos/ accounts in accordance with the ︁︀​︂︃︃​︈︁​︁︉︂client's processes, policies and guidel
  • Handle and assess sensitive and potentially distressing content with empathy and professionalism
  • Responding to the client's inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals
  • Liaising with the client's internal teams to ensure brand safety, monitoring social media and taking appropriate actions to resolve any situations that may arise during production
  • Provide accuracy reports on a regular basis
