Description and Requirements

Are you looking to develop your career and take on larger responsibilities in an exciting and growing environment? We are currently looking for a Welcome Desk for an office located in a very prominent location in Barcelona.


Overview of tasks:


  • Greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing visitors appropriately

  • Be the point of contact for the employees

  • Managing mail/ deliveries/ courier from/to external providers and/or other office locations

  • Supplying goods in all the floors of the company and ordering catering for special events

  • Managing all office equipment and furnisher

  • Keeping the stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary

  • Managing badge access control for staff and visitors

  • Assisting new and existing employees with lockers and other needs

  • Managing and delivering of all work equipment for employees

  • Organizing the storage room 

  • Contact point of internal and external cleaning and maintenance staff

  • Organizing and archiving documentation regarding company’s compliance and policies

  • Supporting the Welcome Desk Manager in admin tasks


We are looking for:


  • At least 1 year of experience as Welcome Desk or similar position

  • English (good verbal and written skills) and Spanish skills

  • Problem solving skills

  • Experience using MS-Office 

  • Self-starting attitude and self-motivation

  • Responsible and initiative

  • People oriented

  • Dynamic person

  • Full-time position with fix afternoon shift: 11h to 20h, Monday through Friday.
