Description and Requirements

Main requirements:

  • Travel to various cities within the designated region to meet 1-on-1 with scheduled participants.
  • Good computer skills, confidence in learning new tools, and troubleshooting experience.
  • High level of attention to detail to complete tasks according to the project guidelines Session reporting using the tools provided
  • Consistent communication with the project management team.
  • Flexible approach, hours and availability over the course of six weeks from the beginning of May.
  • Clean driver’s license and confidence to drive long distances if required. Successful candidates will need to provide a DMV driver record.

You will need to provide an up to date resume with your application. TIAI will arrange interviews to screen the applicants. We will also carry out background checks on the successful candidates.

TELUS International is looking for Facilitators across the United States (Midwest, Northeast, South and West).

As a Facilitator, you’re expected to interact directly with study participants using provided study protocols and managing the data collected during each session. Facilitators will report to the Project Management team. Training will be provided before the start of the project. Sessions occur in various states and cities across the US and you will have remote support as needed.

Compensation:

We will have a daily rate per region for each working day (each day that data is collected):

Midwest: $300

Northeast: $375

South: $300

West: $375
