Description and Requirements

Hiring For International Inbound Sales + Upselling (Voice Process)


Looking for people with good sales experience in International BPO.


  • 1. Performing inbound calling with best customer service experience to new and existing wireline residential customers offering telecommunications products and services.

  • 2.Building customer relationships by uncovering their stories, getting to know their needs and recommending product selections they feel good about

  • 3. Solution based selling approach overcoming customer objections by listening, understanding, probing, and recommending.

  • 4. Simultaneously navigating through multiple systems and tools while interacting with customers.
  • 5. Processing customers orders and ensuring its accuracy and completion.
  • 6. Participating in continuous training sessions and sharing best practices.

Required Candidate profile


  • 1. Qualification : 10 + 2, Any Graduate
  • 2. International BPO Experience required In International sales
  • 3. Work Experience Minimum 1 Year experience in Inbound sales (International BPO Only)
  • 4. Excellent communication in English.
  • 5. Comfortable with graveyard shifts.
