Designation: Process Champion – Manual Calculation

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Processing and Quality checking.
  • Working on manual calculation, perform and review manual and automated Calculations for Defined Benefit Plans. Handle different types of Calculations as Termed Calculations, Death Calculations, Disability Calculations, RMD Calculations, RASD Calculations and QDRO Calculations.
  • Process reporting and training.
  • Queue Allocation & Management.
  • Update SOPs and other process documents.
  • Ensuring compliance of all internal policies.
  • Process improvement.
  • Providing timely updates to Assistant Manager and onshore counterparts.
  • Mentoring and coaching new hires.  

 Succeeding as a Process Champion- Operations, will require the following core qualifications and skills.

  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Educational requirement – Graduation (No technical degree )
  • Knowledge of Wealth preferred.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word).
  • Problem solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, self-starter.
  • Should be able to work on reporting and generating dashboards.

Note – The candidate should be flexible to work in shifts.
