About the role:

 

 The Recruitment Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team dedicated to Recruit and Select  within external applicants for available job openings in a fast paced recruitment center. He/she will ensure the delivery of an efficient and effective Recruitment and Selection service to all accounts at TELUS Digital Guatemala. He/she will ensure the Recruitment and Selection service is delivered in accordance with the Service Level Agreements guaranteeing Hiring Manager’s satisfaction and a pleasant recruiting process for all applicants.  

 


Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Recruitment and Selection services to TELUS organizations based upon managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Target Hire Date (THD) maximizing efficiency, overall effectiveness and managing the team to ensure all targets are being met; oversee workload distribution & all activities undertaken by direct reports, ensuring all end-to-end Recruitment and Selection lifecycle activities are delivered meeting SLA/KPI requirements and Hiring Managers expectations.

  • Lead and/or contribute with Recruitment and Selection projects in coordination with other Team Leaders and Recruitment Management.

  • Produce ongoing reporting information and regular dashboard data, ensuring accuracy and timely production while adhering to strict deadlines for clients satisfaction but  keeping in mind the  installed capacity and YoY recruitment plan so workload can be balanced and delivery dates can be negotiated.

Knowledge:

  • G-Suite - Spreadsheets - Advanced
          • Function (Sum , Average , Maximum, Minimum , etc. )
          • Preparation and presentation of graphics.
          • PivotTables
          • Find the data value by:VLOOKUP, IMPORT RANGE, IF.
          • Conditional Format

  • English -  B2 - Required

    • Oral and written comprehension.

    • Appropriate use of language.

  • B1 or above Language proficiency for French, German, Portuguese or Italian (Desirable) 

  • Customer Service - Advanced

  • High knowledge regarding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Knowledge of implementing massive recruitment strategies - Required


 

Studies & Experience:

 
  • A related university degree or related professional qualification -Desirable

  •  1 year experience in a Recruitment and Selection role. (including managing a high volume of requisitions). -Required

  • Experience of managing and leading a medium size team to deliver results within a target driven environment. -Desirable
