Description and Requirements

We are currently looking for support as

Health & Safety Specialist (m/f/d) 

You will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for local Health & Safety topics and close cooperation to Wellbeing department

  • Lead informational and promotional Health & Safety activities

Overview of tasks in collaboration with our external provider:

  • Risks assessments, proposals for control measures and reduction of risks derived from risk assessments

  • Creation of the planning of the preventive activity and direct the actions to be developed

  • Emergency plans and simulations

  • Carry out the coordination of business activities

  • Management of health surveillance

  • Promote the application of current regulations on occupational risk prevention, ensuring the preparation of procedures and updating of internal standards for dissemination and compliance

  • Realization of technical prevention reports

  • Preparation of necessary prevention documentation

  • Information and training of the employees 

  • Carry out accident investigations and start up the actions derived from them

  • Advice on the prevention of occupational risks

  • Preparation of coordination manuals for business activities

  • Preparation of self-protection plans

  • Provide training and inform workers about prevention.

We expect:

  • Previous work experience in psychological risks and occupational safety or a related area

  • Educational background in Health & Safety, Occupational Risks or Health Sciences (preferably Psychology)

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) in German and English (min. B2)

  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
