As a Fitbit Customer Support professional with Dutch, you'll embark on a rewarding journey
where you'll:

  • Deliver exceptional assistance to our users through tickets and calls
  • Provide solutions to everyday device use questions on a case-by-case customer-oriented approach
  • Play a crucial role in identifying emerging issues and bugs and communicating them to your supervision team for a swift resolution
  • Collaborate with an amazing team of customer-friendly colleagues from diverse international backgrounds

What we're looking for:

  • Fluent Dutch language skills (B2 or higher)
  • Solid command of English (B1 or higher)
  • Basic understanding of iOS and Android OS features
  • Demonstrated empathy, and understanding of the needs of our users to provide the best possible support
  • Desire to contribute to the team's success, going above and beyond to assist customers
  • A result-oriented mindset, striving for personal performance excellence
