Opis a požiadavky

Responsibilities include:

      Creating and publishing job ads

      Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for employees

      Screen CVs and job applications

      Conducting initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates

      Host and participate in Assessment Centres

      Interview candidates in-person

      Mediating between candidates and hiring managers

      Preparation of all relevant documentation (including contracts/offer letters) necessary for the successful onboarding of new employees

      Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Our office is located in the Cape Town CBD, so you will need to either currently live in Cape Town or be willing to relocate (at your own expense)


Requirements

      Previous recruitment experience is advantageous

      Strong interpersonal skills

      Strong negotiation skills

      Good written and verbal communications skills

      Experience in working with an Application Tracking System and Candidate Assessment Platform would be advantageous, but not essential

      The potential, desire and drive and behavioural alignment to become a key member of our Intersect team is essential

We are looking for someone who has confidence to source and engage with qualified candidates for current open roles, managing the end to end process of recruiting and then onboarding them into our Intersect family. You will serve as the face of Intersect to potential candidates, acting as an interface between them and hiring managers. If you can coordinate the hiring process end-to-end, and then make sure your successful candidates have an easy and positive onboarding experience, then we’d like to meet you.
