Description and Requirements

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Platform Integrity team!

In this role you will be responsible for building and maintaining KPI dashboards, creating operational reports, using data based approaches to identify areas of opportunity, and holding the vendor team accountable to KPIs. 

What will be your daily challenges?
  • Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor execution related performance
  • Translate large datasets into easily digestible visualizations that tell a story
  • Perform regular quality audits on datasets to ensure accuracy and flag issues to client
  • Create regular (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) operational reports and program status updates
  • Create capacity planning and scheduling models against heatmaps to ensure effective staffing against volume trends
  • Identify operational, process, and tooling gaps using data-based analysis and present solutions to leadership
We need a candidate with:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Fluency in SQL or other bid data querying language
  • Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases
  • 2+ years of experience in quantitative analysis & data science or a related field
 Nice to have:
  • Strong interpersonal skills to be able to work with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with a programming language, such as Python
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to structure ambiguous operational challenges into actionable plans
  • A basic understanding of mobile advertising delivery processes
  • Background in Business, Operations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
