Description and Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supports and/or leads Total Rewards projects that will increase functional productivity of the Total Rewards Team
- Partners with cross functional teams to ensure the coverage of all grounds on project executions
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency of Total Rewards and / or our stakeholders
- Giving support, embracing technology, managing self-development, process documentation, project management
- Knowledge of total rewards methodologies and principles
- Experience in project management in a global, cross-functional environment
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Highly organized and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and drive to resolve issues
Required Experience, Education:
- 1+ years of work experience in HR Systems with at least 6 months experience specialized on Compensation, Benefits, and/or Absence module
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder in any field
- Proficiency in the English language (verbal and written)
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of Human Resources
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Applicants must be willing to work Hybrid in 31F Discovery 25 ADB Ave.,Ortigas,Pasig City. (TELUS Ortigas Site)

Position Summary:
The Compensation & Benefits Specialist III you will collect Total Rewards system data and propose initiatives / projects towards automation. You will partner with IT, HRIS, HR Operations and Talent Acquisition Teams to help define, plan, test, and implement these projects. You will provide compensation support for Asia Pacific and Africa.
