Now we are looking for a Trainer who has the following criteria and will add strength to our team.
Job Description
Creating content for trainings and provide training to new team members
Creating and delivering trainings based on identified areas of opportunity
Creating and delivering refresher training to the teams on an ongoing basis
Complying with the team KPIs and keeping client communication with excellent feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
Visiting the respective office on demand where there is a business need.
Quality Monitoring and follow up coach for agents when needed
Providing reports on trainings and additional tasks
Requirements
Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English
Enthusiasm and joy in training and motivating new and current employees
Proficiency in adult education or initial experience as a trainer preferable
Structured, organized and responsible working approach
Flexibility to keep up with the project speed and openness to new requirements
Excellent software understanding and skills - Google Workspace and Excel, Internet literacy
Ability to work with constructive feedback and willingness to improve.
