We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our NEW team in Sofia.

As an Online Store Advisor with Slovenian and English, you will be a part of a great team and all together we will:

  • Handle and respond to fashion queries including order taking, product information, tracking deliveries, returns by email, and tickets only 
  • Support our clients at every step of the shopping process
  • Identify clients’ needs to achieve the best purchasing experience

We need a candidate with:

  • Fluency in Slovenian
  • Good level of English
  • Affinity for Fashion and e-commerce will be considered an advantage
  • Previous work experience is not required
