Description and Requirements

Study Moderator in Boston, Burlington or Canton, MA


WORK LOCATION: Onsite location in Boston, Burlington or Canton, MA

WORK SCHEDULE: 8-9 hours per day, include weekends

JOB STATUS: Full-time, Temporary

START DATE: Friday, April 26, 2024 (flexible start day)

END DATE: Monday, May 6, 2024


Objective

Moderators are expected to interact directly with study participants using provided study protocols and managing the participant during each session. Moderators will report to the Program Manager and Project Manager. Training will be provided before the first participant session. Sessions occur in Boston, Burlington or Canton, MA with additional staff on-site to manage participant intake and provide support. 


Responsibilities:

  • Receive participants at work and guide them through the session in a controlled environment.

  • Ensure all sessions are completed per project guidelines.

  • Follow COVID-19 sanitization procedures after each session.

  • Represent and promote the TELUS AI brand. 


Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite environments and tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Ability to interact professionally with project participants and onsite customer teams.

  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail.

  • Experience conducting in-person research sessions.

  • Experience troubleshooting computers and/or consumer electronics.
