Description and Requirements

Position overview:

The position is part of the Talent Acquisition department within Human Resources. A recruiter is responsible
for managing the candidates coming through the different sources (Internal and external), verifying their
evaluations and conducting Competency Based Interview, to guarantee that the best candidates are being
hired for every specific opening. The Recruiter will work closely and collaboratively with department
managers, providing daily updates on each requisition ́s progress, challenges and risks. Their main goal is to
ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline for
future requisitions.

Key responsibilities:

As additional responsibilities, a Recruiter has to comply with all needs regarding Human Resource for the
different accounts and departments within TELUS, provide formal and structured feedback to candidates and
follow-up on their progress with formal sessions to make sure they are qualified candidates for future
positions or in the one selected to guarantee an excellent pipeline.

Requirements:

● Schedule flexibility (Monday - Saturday)

● Excel - Intermediate
• Function (Sum, Average , Maximum, Minimum, etc. )
• Preparation and presentation graphics

● Massive recruiting, recruiting innovative techniques, psychometric evaluations knowledge is a plus
Qualifications:
● English - B2
• Oral and written comprehension
• Appropriate use of language
● University degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar is a plus.
● Experience in Recruitment departments for a multinational Company is a plus
● Internship experience in HR departments is a plus
