This role is crucial in bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution. You will collaborate with sales and engineering teams, translate customer needs into actionable solutions, and drive continuous improvement within our IT services. Responsibilities

  • Translate strategic deliverables into technical requirements and envision desired project outcomes.

  • Communicate complex technical concepts in a way that is easily understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Use metrics to identify opportunities for service improvement and implement solutions.

  • Proactively align IT services with changing business needs by identifying and implementing process improvements.

  • Act as a liaison between sales and engineering teams to ensure smooth technical knowledge transfer for new product developments.

  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to enhance team members' knowledge and skills.

  • Offer expert pre-sales support by assisting colleagues with technical expertise on equipment, SaaS, cybersecurity, hardware, and service configurations.

  • Support the sales and solutions teams with your in-depth technical knowledge.

  • Develop technically sound and budget-conscious RFP/RFI presentations that demonstrate your industry and product expertise.

  • Collaborate with Sales Managers, Solutions, IT Project Management, Business Analysts, and Engineer management to ensure timely and comprehensive responses to complex inquiries, RFIs, and RFPs.

  • Use strategic thinking to suggest improvements to the client’s business by interpreting their requirements into product specifications at the pre-sales stage of proposals (in conjunction with the engineering team). 


We are looking for someone who: 

  • Possess 5+ years of experience in Contact Center/Business Process Outsourcing environments.

  • Has 3+ years of experience in technical Pre-Sales Engineering.

  • Demonstrated strong technical writing skills.

  • Is comfortable working in a global context.

  • Has a proficient understanding of Salesforce, ServiceNow, and network topologies.

  • Is comfortable acting as an advisor to IT/Ops/Eng teams for blueprints and IT architecture.

  • Can manage multiple projects with overlapping timelines effectively.

  • Has exhibited excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Can influence leadership and clients to drive positive change.
