Description and Requirements

We’re looking for an experienced workforce specialist to join our team in Riga as a Scheduler Analyst.


Overview of tasks:


  • Shift planning

  • Maintaining WFM tools

  • Creating interval, daily, weekly and monthly forecasts

  • Analyzing strategic capacity and processing requests from operations management side

  • Analytical assessment of forecasts and actual statistics

  • Approving in coordination with operations management, holiday requests and shift rescheduling requests 

  • Evaluating and maintaining the databases

  • Calculating performance indicators and other KPI’s 


What we expect:


  • Very good Microsoft Office Knowledge especially MS Excel (ex: Formula Calculations, Formatting, Pivot charts) 

  • Experience with Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) 

  • Background in similar role

  • Very good command over the English language is imperative

  • Team player with positive attitude

  • Experience with personnel support

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • High motivation

  • No Entries in the police clearance certificate 

  • EU citizenship or Latvian Residence Permit
