Description and Requirements
Overview of tasks:
Perform screening of candidates’ resumes.
Conduct interviews with candidates and asses their competencies, qualifications, skills, and previous employment.
Build effective working relationships with local Hiring Managers.
Utilize and maintain recruitment technology system, trackers, and candidates’ pipeline.
Participate in job fairs/events and college/universities recruiting initiatives.
Ensure the recruitment information is properly maintained for reporting purposes.
Promote the mission, vision, and culture of TELUS Digital.
We expect:
Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business or management preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1) and Latvian (C1)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in G Suite, WorkDay and Avature and other relevant software programs.
Knowledge of the industry’s best practices and trends for successful recruitment.
