Description and Requirements

Overview of tasks:

  • Perform screening of candidates’ resumes.

  • Conduct interviews with candidates and asses their competencies, qualifications, skills, and previous employment.

  • Build effective working relationships with local Hiring Managers.

  • Utilize and maintain recruitment technology system, trackers, and candidates’ pipeline.

  • Participate in job fairs/events and college/universities recruiting initiatives.

  • Ensure the recruitment information is properly maintained for reporting purposes.

  • Promote the mission, vision, and culture of TELUS Digital.

We expect:

  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. 

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business or management preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1) and Latvian (C1)

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficient in G Suite, WorkDay and Avature and other relevant software programs.

  • Knowledge of the industry’s best practices and trends for successful recruitment.
