  • A bachelor degree in the Legal / Business Administration / Economics field would represent an advantage
  • Availability for a full-time schedule on a hybrid model: working from home, with in-office presence potentially required from time to time, depending on the team’s needs (AFI Park buildings, Bucharest)
  • Computer literacy, with an accent on Google Web Applications & Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing or sales may represent an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Daily support for all the procurement processes within the ERP system (Workday) 
  • Communication with internal clients, ensuring request is properly specified and documented 
  • Matching purchase requests with existing contracts and preferred vendors and searching and identifying new suppliers as needed 
  • Maintaining the Preferred Suppliers Database
  • Updating and maintaining project reports and records 
  • Maintaining a good relationship with all the stakeholders involved in the Procurement process 
  • Sourcing suitable suppliers for operational and capital goods, services and works, obtaining competitive quotations and analyzing them in conjunction with the requests and procurement principles
  • Actively participating in negotiations to obtain optimal business results, specifications, compliance and contractual results
  • Supporting the team in drafting the contracts according to the internal client’s standard terms and conditions 
  • Developing and maintaining the existing procurement policies and ensuring compliance within the organization 
  • Monitoring supplier performance and taking the appropriate measures for improvement, wherever applicable, after the consultation with the Procurement team and the Procurement Team Lead
