We are seeking an Operations Analyst primarily focused on analyzing confidential financial information, payment analysis, and cash flows. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting a detailed analysis of payment data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize our payment processing systems.


  • Retrieve, process, and analyze large amounts of data

  • Gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, etc.

  • Clean and preprocess raw data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency

  • Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and relationships within the data. Use statistical methods to analyze and interpret data

  • Create visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate findings and insights effectively

  • Build and implement mathematical models and algorithms to extract insights and predictions from data

  • Authorize and update in all systems real-time exceptions

  • Provide timely reporting to the management


  • 1+ years in a role with significant reporting and analysis experience

  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets with the ability to create charts, graphs, pivot tables, and complex formulas

  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English

  • Proficiency with Google Docs applications and the ability to learn to navigate new tools and dashboards. 

  • Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions

  • Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and achieve results with accuracy and precision

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, meeting multiple deadlines in a high-pressured environment
