We are seeking an Operations Analyst primarily focused on analyzing confidential financial information, payment analysis, and cash flows. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting a detailed analysis of payment data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize our payment processing systems.
Responsibilities:
Retrieve, process, and analyze large amounts of data
Gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, etc.
Clean and preprocess raw data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and relationships within the data. Use statistical methods to analyze and interpret data
Create visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate findings and insights effectively
Build and implement mathematical models and algorithms to extract insights and predictions from data
Authorize and update in all systems real-time exceptions
Provide timely reporting to the management
Requirements:
1+ years in a role with significant reporting and analysis experience
Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets with the ability to create charts, graphs, pivot tables, and complex formulas
Excellent written and verbal skills in English
Proficiency with Google Docs applications and the ability to learn to navigate new tools and dashboards.
Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions
Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and achieve results with accuracy and precision
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, meeting multiple deadlines in a high-pressured environment
