The Business Analyst in TELUS Digital is responsible for providing support to the team of developers, project managers and QAs under his/her charge. He or she is responsible for providing the necessary tools for the team to perform its tasks, as to ensure ongoing compliance for local training assigned to the account. Identifying needs, creating proposals, and leading implementations of “process alignments” and continuous improvement projects. Use the data analysis process to understand, interpret, and predict patterns in business, and then use those data-driven insights to enhance their business practices.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Making sure his team has the necessary tools for the team to perform its tasks. 

  • Ensure ongoing compliance for local training assigned to the account.

  • Help Recruitment to fulfill client headcount requirements.

  • Make sure their payroll is accurate.

  • Be in contact with client managers to make sure performance is up to standard, among others.

  • English - B2 or above

  • Oral and written

  • Comprehension

  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets / Docs / Slides - Required

  • AppScripts / JavaScript Knowledge - Desirable

  • Google Data Studio / Looker Studio Knowledge - Desirable

  • Willingness to learn AppScripts for automation implementation - Required

  • Willingness to learn Looker Studio for data analysis - Required

  • Experience documenting processes, SOPs, and playbooks - Desirable

  • Experience supporting strategic projects or initiatives with multiple stakeholders


Studies & Experience:


  • University Degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar - Desirable

  • Google Data Analytics Certification- Desirable

  • 1 Year of experience in similar positions - Desirable
