What will be your daily challenges?
Lead by example and aim to create a positive and enjoyable working environment for all team members
Take care of escalated issues when necessary; Investigate and respond to issues raised by a client and provide timely feedback
Meet the targets, Service Level, KPI’s, Quality, etc.
Proactively propose improvements, optimizations and provide feedback in processes and ways of working
Be involved in the recruitment process, training, development and engagement of the team
Performing supervisory duties including scheduling, reporting to management, supervision, prioritizing workloads and delegating tasks
At least one year of relevant experience (BPO and/or CRM working experience);
People management experience and leadership skills
Excellent command of both spoken and written English
Strong client and results orientation
Problem-solving and decision making skills
Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form with internal teams and management, and with customers
Ability to prioritize and address multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
