Description and Requirements
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for building programs that provide leadership, strategic direction and implementation of effective, creative, results-driven plans that attract and retain various operations-related roles. The individual will bring high attention to detail, and program and project management skills to the role. The individual must be a collaborative team player and able to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, while demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Must have 4+ years of experience.
Design strategic programs that build on the current initiatives including working with internal and external stakeholders.
Should have certification in French, able to communicate, read, write in french.
Support planning and coordination of programs such as career pathing, intern/placement initiatives, and its activities and the implementation of policies and practices.
Build and maintain business relationships with universities as a “gateway” to joining TELUS Health.
Develop and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders Leadership, HR, Operations, and University placement offices.
Develop and maintain clinical and non-clinical career path program for newly hired and existing employees in collaboration with leadership.
Support students hired via placement programs by acting as a liaison between universities and business.
Develop, maintain, and ensure administrative documents for the program are compliant with the company's clinical records policies.
Evaluate and analyze feedback from placement program and Operations stakeholders to continuously improve program experience.
Coordinate and maintain effective communication strategies to market program initiatives internally and externally.
Collaborate with the Learning & Performance leadership team for direction and execution of training and quality monitoring activities related to placement programs and career pathing roadmap.
